Signal ’25 is returning to Cincinnati this year on September 9th! We’ve moved our annual Signal Summit to fall, when everyone is back from summer vacation and ready to dive into new strategies, innovative approaches, and sharp insights to lead us forward.
A critical element to P&G’s growth strategy is capturing what we learn each year at Signal and translating that throughout our organization. Building on the success of Signal over the past several years, our theme for Signal ’25 is “Integrating To Win.”
In today’s complex and competitive business environment, it’s not enough to specialize or lead in just one area of your business — leaders must listen to all aspects and be particularly attuned to how they interact. Succeeding at one won’t work; they’re all needed to win.
That’s why Signal ’25 will focus on the interaction of consumer and customer insights that lead to superior innovation, organizational and operational insights, and productivity across all aspects of the value chain.
As we do every year, we’re bringing the outside in, tapping the brightest minds across industries to share their experiences, challenges, and winning models that fueled sustained success within their unique markets. We’ll find compelling ways to demonstrate integration by asking how these insights translate into innovative models that win in any environment.
